How much does shipping cost

- Switzerland: shipping is always free, customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Italy: Shipping is free for orders over 35 euros, otherwise it costs only € 5.90.

    MySecretCase ships the purchased products to the address you indicated in the order.

    Where we deliver

    - Switzerland: we deliver in 48/72 hours (working days). Purchases are made on the local site and in currency.

    - Italy: deliveries are guaranteed in 24/48 hours by express courier. Exceptions are islands and southern Italy. For all shipments is the guaranteed delivery on the product page.

    The order starts the same day ifcompleted by 14.00. Orders placed on Friday after 14.00 and on weekends will be shipped on Monday.

    Defective products must be reported to the MySecretCase team, via email or in the appropriate section in the personal area of the site.
    For the purpose of return are required:
    Photos of the object and of any detail that does not conform
    Detailed description of the product malfunction

    You will be contacted within 48 hours and will be scheduled for a withdrawal of the object with one of our couriers.
    Received the goods, will be made the quality control and we will send you a new product or a product of your choice of the maximum value of that returned.

    Special promotions (black friday, cyber monday, seasonal sales)
