Choose the circular economy too!

The circular economy is the only eco-sustainable model attentive to reducing waste of natural resources.

Contrary to the linear, or disposable, economy, it aims at reusing, repairing and recycling materials for as long as possible.
Once their function has ended, the materials that make up a product enter a new production cycle and therefore generate new value.
Our sex toys are electrical equipment. Follow the instructions on how to dispose of them.

How to dispose of electronic products

WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) must not be disposed of with mixed municipal waste. They may contain dangerous substances which, if exposed to air, can have harmful effects on the environment and human health. It is for this reason that all WEEE that you decide to recycle must be treated by appropriate collection and recycling centres.

By recycling old electrical and electronic equipment in compliance with WEEE regulations, you contribute to preserving natural resources and protecting human health.

When purchasing our Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) on www.mysecretcase.com, please always take into consideration the legal provisions on the disposal and recycling of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). The Legislative Decree of 14 March 2014 (WEEE Legislative Decree), which implemented Directive 2012/19 of the European Parliament, contains the legislation applicable in Italy.

The WEEE legislation

Electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) is defined as all equipment that requires electricity or batteries to operate.

 The WEEE regulation provides that:

 · Producers must participate in the costs for the collection, treatment and recycling of disused equipment

 · Distributors ensure, when supplying new EEE intended for a household, that equivalent type WEEE is collected free of charge, on a one-to-one basis, and sent to an authorized center for subsequent treatment, recovery or disposal

 · It is necessary to encourage and improve the reuse/recycling of WEEE

 · WEEE must be collected separately

 · The community and individuals must be made responsible in the collection and management of WEEE

What are MySecretCase's obligations pursuant to the WEEE Legislative Decree and what does it do to fulfill them?

Pursuant to the WEEE Legislative Decree, MySecretCase  is required to contribute to the costs for the organization and management of WEEE collection systems from households.

To fulfill this obligation, MySecretCase has joined the collective WEEE management system Consorzio ERP Italia.
