Refund policy
You can make a return for withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the package.We will contact you as soon as we receive the goods and we will provide an immediate refund (or, if specified, the issuance of a coupon for a new purchase).
In December, the possibility of return for withdrawal is extended to 30 days from the date of delivery of the package.
- If the item is damaged or defective: write an email to info@mysecretcase.com, indicating the order number and the product in question. Briefly describe the problem and attach a photo or video showing the defect. NB: all our toys have a 2-year warranty.
-If you have changed your mind, make a request for withdrawal: write an email to info@mysecretcase.com, indicate the order number and attach a photo of the items you want to return. We will answer you, explaining how to proceed. NB: being extremely intimate products, the withdrawal is accepted only in the case of products still sealed in their packaging.
Assistance
For assistance on products you can refer to our Customer care. We ask you to follow these procedures for reporting:
-Contact us by writing to info@mysecretcase.com. If you are a registered user, fill in the form in the returns page.
- Send us a photo or a video of the object and the detail that may not comply.
- Indicate the order number, the name of the product and describe in detail the malfunction.
- You will be contacted within 48 hours and a withdrawal of the object will be scheduled with our courier.
- Received the goods, we will do the quality control and we will send you a new product or a product of your choice of the maximum value of the returned product. Alternatively, you can choose a coupon or a refund.
