Pensavo fosse di piccole dimensioni invece una volta inserito può dare la sensazione di soffocamento.

Una pecca il cinturino un po' troppo corto.
Efficace. Con esperienza diversa eppure valida sia stretto che largo... ma sempre a bocca piena. Il cinturino nonostante lo spessore è morbido e non sega. Sempre voluta una ball gag così ed è perfetto.
