The Egg are six vaginal balls with progressive weights: from “just curious” to “queen of control.” They train the pelvic floor, improve sensitivity, and provide that confidence you feel (even) under the sheets!
N.B. Consult your physiotherapist to learn about the exercises best suited for your pelvic floor.

How to use it:
Choose the ball that suits you best, starting with the lightest one. Insert it into the vagina and hold it for 10-15 minutes a day. It is recommended to use it with a water-based lubricant. Clean it before and after use with a toy cleaner.

Insert the spheres into the vagina (with plenty of water-based lubricant) and keep them in for 20-30 minutes to start with during the day. The body naturally responds to the spheres with micro-contractions of the pelvic muscles: over time, the pelvic floor strengthens. You can also use them during intimacy to intensify sensations.

Start with the lightest or smallest sphere of the set and progressively increase the weight or size as you feel your pelvic muscles getting stronger. Not all levels are for everyone: listen to your body and don't push if you feel discomfort.

Use water-based lubricant with Egg. Silicone is not compatible with silicone-based lubricants. Apply the lubricant to the outside of the sphere before insertion.

Wash with lukewarm water and mild soap after each use. Sterilize in boiling water for 5 minutes or in the dishwasher (without detergent). Dry completely before storing.
