It is an excellent anti-inflammatory, defends against the harmful action of free radicals, promotes collagen synthesis, and aids in the absorption of calcium and iron.
Polygonum cuspidatum: known as Japanese Knotweed, it is a species of perennial herbaceous plant widely used in traditional Chinese medicine. It has antioxidant, cardioprotective, immunomodulatory, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral effects.
Vitamin C: also known as ascorbic acid or ascorbate, it is an essential nutrient belonging to the group of water-soluble vitamins.
