Posso capire possa esserci l'eventualità di ricevere un articolo difettoso. Ma ciò che NON POSSO capire è l'essere ignorato da ogni segnalazione fatta al loro customer service. L'effetto "succhia" non funziona per niente bene, anzi praticamente è inesistente. Sinceramente non ne vale la pena.
