How to use it:
Insert the vibrating egg Sexofono into the vagina, leaving the long part that functions as an antenna outside, and start controlling the vibrations from your phone! It is recommended to use it with a water-based lubricant. Wash it before and after use with a toy cleaner.
How to connect the toy to the phone via App:
- Download the App “Love Spouse” from your phone's App Store. Click on “New user” to register and save your account.
- Press and hold the power button of the product for about 2 seconds to turn it on.

Prima di tutto, grazie infinite per le belle parole sul toy! il crash sistematico sul telefono del tuo partner è quasi certamente dovuto a un conflitto di permessi profondi che il sistema operativo dello smartphone blocca, facendo chiudere l'applicazione per sicurezza. Per risolvere il problema ti suggeriamo di:
Controllare i permessi di Localizzazione e Bluetooth: Molti smartphone (specialmente Android) chiudono di colpo le app che usano il Bluetooth a distanza se non hanno i permessi totali. Il tuo partner dovrebbe andare nelle Impostazioni del telefono > App > Permessi, e impostare la Posizione su 'Consenti sempre' (non solo 'mentre l'app è in uso') e attivare i 'Dispositivi nelle vicinanze'.
Disattivare il Risparmio Energetico: Assicuratevi che sul suo telefono non sia attivo il risparmio della batteria, che spesso taglia i processi in background dell'app facendola crashare quando riceve il tuo invito a distanza.

Ci dispiace che Sexofono non abbia soddisfatto le tue aspettative. Vorremmo precisare che l'antenna presente sul prodotto non è progettata per vibrare: la sua funzione è quella di consentire il collegamento con l'App e permettere il controllo remoto del toy.
Trattandosi di un dispositivo indossabile e controllabile a distanza, la struttura è stata progettata per integrare questa funzionalità, che può richiedere un po' di pratica per trovare il posizionamento più confortevole in base alla propria anatomia.
Comprendiamo comunque che comfort e sensazioni siano aspetti molto soggettivi e che un prodotto possa risultare perfetto per alcune persone e meno adatto ad altre.
