How to use it:
Wash the dilator before use with water and soap or a toy cleaner. Start with the smallest dilator (the vibrating one). With one leg raised on a step or chair, apply water-based lubricant to the dilator and slowly insert it in a relaxed position, activating the vibration using the ON button. Tighten the pelvic floor muscles around the weight and hold it for 2 minutes. If you can, turn off the vibration, calmly remove it, and move to the next size by inserting the vibrating base into the larger dilator. Continue in increasing order until you find the most challenging size you can still hold: that is your starting size. Stop or adjust usage based on your feelings.
Your goal is to use it for 10–15 minutes, once or twice a day. When you can hold it for 15 minutes while walking, climbing stairs, or coughing, you are ready to move to the next size. Wash the dilator after each use with toy cleaner.
