If you have received a credit and want to use it on your order, the first thing you need to do is access your profile on our website by clicking on the icon at the top right:
Request the temporary code to log in from your account email address:
Now you can add the products you want to the cart and proceed with your order. Enter the address information and delivery method you prefer as normal; on the Payment page you will find the possibility to use your credit:
If the credit does not cover the total of the order, you can pay the remaining amount with the payment methods always available on our site.
