How does Pompelma work? Does the penis pump make the penis grow permanently?

No, a penis pump like Pompelma does NOT permanently increase penis size. It creates a vacuum that temporarily increases blood flow to the penis, resulting in a fuller and more sensitive erection. The effect lasts for a few hours after use. It is also used to maintain an erection in case of temporary erectile difficulties.

Insert the penis into the cylinder (Ø 6.1 cm, 22 cm in height). Apply the silicone rim against the base of the penis to create an airtight seal. Slowly pump the piston or bulb to create the vacuum. Gradually increase the pressure and stop if you feel pain. Release the pressure with the release valve before removing the cylinder.

How long is Pompelma used?

Sessions with a penis pump should not exceed 15-20 minutes at a time. Excessive use can cause irritation or small bruises. Start with short sessions (5-10 minutes) and gradually increase. Never use a pressure that causes pain.

Can grapefruit be used in the shower?

Yes, Pompelma is IPX7. The silicone edge still creates a good seal even in water. Clean it with water and mild soap after each use.

Stretta.
