Ho acquistato anche il Pennelope, ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata soddisfacente. Avevo aspettative alte, ma il prodotto si è rivelato deludente sotto diversi aspetti e non risulta piacevole da utilizzare, né conforme a quanto descritto.
Considerando la natura del prodotto, non è possibile effettuare un reso per motivi igienici. Per questo motivo, ritengo corretto richiedere direttamente un rimborso, senza sostituzione.
