Our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible, in order to give you an efficient and rapid service! However, if you have made a mistake, or have had second thoughts, you can cancel the order within 30 minutes of confirmation.
Enter your account and in the orders section you will find the list of your orders. If less than 30 minutes have passed since the order was confirmed, the customization options will be active, and you can cancel your order.
If you paid by card or PayPal you will receive a credit on your profile of the same value as your order, which you can use to place a new order. If you have chosen cash on delivery, you will be able to place a new order immediately.
If more than 30 minutes have passed since confirmation, write to our contact form: if the package has not yet been accepted by the warehouse, we may cancel the order.
If, however, the package has already been taken over by the warehouse, it means that the courier has already received the information necessary for delivery; therefore, even if the package has not yet been physically shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. In this case the package will be sent regularly.
If we were unable to cancel your order, don't worry! You will still be able towithdrawal of the products, within 14 days of receipt.
