If you want to pay cash on delivery, it is possible to request delivery to a fixed warehouse at the courier's headquarters for shipments to Italy. We remind you that the cash on delivery service costs €5.90.
First things first click here to check which courier your order will be shipped with. If your package will be sent with GLS or Bartolini, then you can request delivery to a collection center. The procedure is different if you want to collect the package at the courier's headquarters, or at a collection point (Parcel Shop GLS and Fermo Point BRT):

Delivery to the courier's office
You can request delivery to the courier's local office directly when you place the order, entering the address as follows:
Name and surname of the recipient
Address of the courier's office
Additional information: depot hold
Courier's postcode and city

Delivery to a collection point
If you want to receive the package at a collection point, it is not possible to indicate this at the time of the order, but only after shipping. In this case we recommend that you include a regular delivery address in your order, such as your home address. When the courier collects the package from our warehouse he will send you an email containing a link, from which you can choose to collect the package at a collection point.
